Pillar of Strength Counseling is a trauma-informed behavioral health practice committed to providing compassionate, culturally responsive, ethical, and accessible mental health services. We strive to create a safe, judgment-free environment where clients can address emotional and psychological challenges, build resilience, strengthen relationships, and improve their overall quality of life. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with experience working adults dealing with depression, anxiety, life transitions, work challenges, home life, self-esteem concerns, adjustment and relationship issues, past trauma, etc. My primary goal as your therapist is to be an empathic ear and sounding board while creating a safe, exploratory, and judgment free space. Utilizing a strength based approach we will work together to discover your inner strength so you can manage life stressors and live a life you can find enjoyment in! Sometimes what we need is buried deep within us and we need someone to hand us a shovel and hold the flashlight!
